| How to use the Vaginal gym |
Exercise The balls are used to increase the strength of the pelvic floor muscle, vaginal elasticity and bladder control. Insert them into your vagina and squeeze. Since you have something to squeeze around, Kegel exercises feel more natural.
Sitting: Sit down on a chair and insert one Ball into your vagina. Close you legs after the ball is in your vagina. Use your vagina muscle to move the ball back and forth inside your vagina.
Standing: Stand up and spread your feet to shoulder width. Insert the one ball and hold it in your vagina as long as your can.
Squat: This is the hardest exercise with Balls. Spread your feet as much as you can. Without using any other muscle, use your vaginal muscle to move the Balls inside your Vagina. Do Not let the Balls drop.
Tips & Warnings
- If you find it difficult to insert the vaginal balls, use a personal lubricant to help. After they are inserted, wipe away any excess lubricant.
- You could pull the outer ball down to increase resistance
- Don’t over do it as it could lead to soreness
- Avoid holding your breath, or tightening your stomach, buttock, or thigh, muscles, at the same time.
- To prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, never share your vaginal balls with anyone.
